June 1 is the start of hurricane season!!

We hope you will join us at the West Galveston Island Property Owners Association (WGIPOA) joint meeting with the City of Jamaica Beach on Hurricane Preparedness/Recovery on June 15 beginning at 9:45 AM at the Jamaica Beach Fire Station.

Food and refreshments will be served at the end of the meeting so bring your family, neighbors, and friends to hear and learn about preparation and recovery after a major storm event.

Please see the attached tentative schedule of speakers and areas to be covered.  We will have final agenda in the next few days.
