MEETING:  The next meeting will be on Saturday, January 18, 2014, beginning at 8:30 AM for breakfast burritos and coffee and 9:00 AM for the meeting at the Galveston Country Club, 14228 Stewart Road.

Please note we are back at the Galveston Country Club for this meeting.

Program: U.S. Congressman Randy Weber from the Texas 14th District will be our guest speaker.  He has such a presence and you will want to hear what he has to say especially about the Biggert Waters Flood Insurance Act 2012, “Ike Dike”, and with “ObamaCare”.  Check out his website at:  http://weber.house.gov/

Sea Turtles:  The HEART (Help Endangered Animals – Ridley Turtles) organization needs your help to protect the endangered Kemp’s Ridley Sea Turtle.  Visit the website: http://www.ridleyturtles.org/
