MINUTES: The minutes of the April 20, 2019, meeting will be on our meeting minutes page in a few days.
MEETING: The next meeting will be Saturday, May 18, at the Courtyard by Marriott, 9550 Seawall Blvd, starting at 8:30 AM with breakfast burritos and the meeting starting at 9:00 AM. Please note the location for the meeting is at the Courtyard by Marriott!
We are in our 20th year as an organization and we thank our members and corporate sponsors for all their support over the years.
PROGRAM: We have two types of presentations for the WGIPOA meeting 5/18 at the Courtyard by Marriott on the Seawall. One on flood and windstorm insurance and the new FEMA maps from Galveston Insurance Associates and the other from WGIPOA real estate corporate sponsors, Sand ‘N Sea Properties, Kelly Kelley Re/Max Leading Edge, and Better Homes & Garden Real Estate Gary Greene. We want to recognize our insurance and real estate corporate sponsors who have been loyal to us since practically at our inception.
Please see the attached agenda and note that we are hopefully have a presentation from TexDot on their recent announcement to elevate FM 3005 from the end of the Seawall to San Luis Pass shortly by approximately 15 inches.
The meeting starts at 9:00 AM but come between 8:30-9:00 AM for a great breakfast burrito.
