MEETING:  The next meeting for the West Galveston Island Property Owners Association will be September 18 at the Galveston Country Club, 14228 Stewart Road, with a full breakfast starting at 8:30 AM and the meeting starting at 9:00 AM.  So come hungry!

PROGRAM:  An agenda will be forthcoming but we have a great program planned as follows with guest speakers:

• Marie Robb City Council Member, District 6 happenings.
• Officer Edward Coronado – Galveston Police report for west end
• Kimberly Danasi – Chief Operations Officer for the Galveston Parks Board to go over the beach nourishment projects
• State Representative, Mayes Middleton and State Senator Larry Taylor to give a review of the 87th Texas Legislative Session

NOTE:  The Galveston Country Club will provide parking assistance.
