MEETING:  Due to the power outage and lack of water supply, the West Galveston Island Property Owners Association postponed the virtual Zoom February 20, 2021 meeting to this Saturday, February 27.

PROGRAM:  Please see the attached agenda.  As you see we will start the meeting off with Galveston Mayor Craig Brown talking about the impact of the recent freeze and power outage for the City of Galveston and then have presentations as outlined in the agenda from City Council Member Marie Robb on District 6 happenings, Christine Hopkins talking about her and Heidi Lutz book, “100 Things to Do in Galveston Before You Die “, and TexDot to give an update on the road paving and construction on FM 3005.  You are in for a great meeting so please do attend via a virtual Zoom meeting with instructions below at 9:00 AM, Saturday, February 27.

For the foreseeable future and for the safety of our members and friends, we will continue to have “Zoom” meetings, at least through the first quarter, or until the corona virus pandemic is under control.
